Coming Down With Some Monochrome

Lots of folks are talking about the flu. Today, I think I had a touch of the monochrome bug. It doesn't happen too often, but when it does, I find myself incapacitated in front of the computer for hours.

The bug bit me while I was thinking about a particular image in Photoshop Lightroom. The next I knew, hours had passed.

It all started with an idea about creating an infrared affect in Lightroom. I didn't quite get there, but I did learn a few new things.
