Best Turkey to Date

We had a great Thanksgiving. Lots of family and friends joined us for dinner and/or dessert. The turkey was one of the best I've ever prepared - no dry breast meat. I think it all attributed to my years of experience or the new probe thermometer that allows for the bird to be constantly monitored for temperature.
