On the Lookout
As we approach Thanksgiving, I'm on the lookout for ways to improve my technique using my Weber grill to roast this year's 18 pound turkey. I've been using the Weber with success for more than 30 years. I've roasted turkeys on 2 continents, but I am on a quest to roast the best. Last year, I added a thermometer that constantly monitors the bird's temperature. It was a major improvement. I'd like to hear your comments and suggestions.
