Chillin' in Molde

We arrive in Molde and checked into a place that we would call home for 3 nights. The Molde Fjordstuer is at the waters edge; it was a very nice place. At NOK 1140 per night, we were expecting nice. Of course, the price included breakfast and free wireless. The room had satellite TV; so, we were able to try out a new language while watching the Olympic Games on Euro Sport. We took a vote and determined the language was Swedish (if you know differently, please advise).

Molde is called the Rose City; this is the Rose Girl fountain

There were some Russians playing in the town square; how do you like the middle guy's axe?

Getting some of the best shots

Randeen drove a Citroen 2CV also known as a Deux Chevaux

We took a short trip to Ålesund, another town too charming to miss

We were running out of time relative to pølse testing (or tasting)

While we were purchasing our pølse, we almost got a parking ticket

While filling the car's tank with diesel, we purchased a pølse at the Esso station in in Ålesund. The pølse pictured above was purchased at the Mix on the town square in Molde. Molde rated a C and the Ålesund rated a solid B. Next, we were heading to Trondheim, and time was running out for Norway pølse.
