Jay-Chi: For a More Complete Life

Exercise is just as important when you are traveling as when you are at home. It is often difficult to find a gym affiliated with your home gym membership. Most hostels don't have workout facilities. Running is a possibility, but often one really craves a more meditative approach. In eastern cultures, it might be tai chi (or more properly tai chi chuan).

In Norway, the overwhelming choice is jay chi. Jay chi is not to be confused with any of the 5 variants of tai chi: Chen style, Yang style, Wu or Wu/Hao style of Wu Yu-hsiang (Wu Yuxiang) , Wu style of Wu Ch'uan-yü (Wu Quanyuo) and Wu Chien-ch'uan (Wu Jianquan), or Sun style. Jay chi is beginning to attract followers, To learn more about jay chi, you may contact the master through strong, well intentioned meditation. It's the only path.
